The general public is often unaware of specific nuances regarding organizational units. The fundamental distinction between a company and an organizational unit lies in the fact that the organizational unit is not a legal entity and lacks legal personality. It cannot be a party to legal relationships, with certain exceptions (e.g., a branch may act as an employer). Notably, an organizational unit does not possess share capital, and all legal acts concerning it are executed by the head of the organizational unit or directly by the statutory body of its „parent“ company. In terms of tax regulations, the organizational unit is obligated to register with the relevant tax office and report its income in accordance with Slovak tax laws. Within our services, we offer the following: Establishment of an Organizational Unit and Commercial Register Entry: Assisting in the establishment of an organizational unit and facilitating its entry into the Commercial Register. Changes in the Organizational Unit: Managing changes within the organizational unit, such as alterations to the head of the unit, etc. Cancellation and Deletion from the Commercial Register: Handling the cancellation and deletion process for the organizational unit from the Commercial Register. Our goal is to provide comprehensive support for matters related to organizational units, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and facilitating necessary changes or processes.
